Account Supervisor

At Flywheel, the Account Supervisor knows the market, the brand, the client, and our agency resources to effectively manage the business. Support development of brand strategy, plan tactical execution, and lead the team daily in engagement with client brand managers to deliver intelligent + effective marketing solutions.

ABOUT YOU

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop great relationships with your client peers
  • Understand client business, brands, and organizational structure
  • Lead and manage the development and execution of integrated healthcare marketing campaigns
  • Set project context, objectives, strategy, and approach
  • Assign tasks, manage timelines, review outputs, and provide feedback
  • Run + QC client promotional review submissions
  • Support your team by showing up early, staying one step ahead and always looking for opportunities to do more

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We seek highly motivated individuals with a strong track record of professional achievement who can bring intellectual curiosity, determination, and creativity to our client work.

You must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (communications, marketing, business, science)
  • Minimum of 5 years in a relevant field (pharma advertising, healthcare PR, medical communications, or consulting)
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Superior organization skills + exacting attention to detail
  • Copy development + proofreading skills
  • Client relationship experience a must
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint
