Media and Communications Coordinator

We are searching for a Media + Communications Coordinator who is interested in taking the deep plunge with a fast-growing healthcare communications and training agency.

Media and Communications

  • Collaborates with account team members to develop sales force communication campaign elements and programs
  • Develops new art assets (icons, web tiles/banners, etc.)
  • Assists in communications campaign management and execution
  • Performs quality control measures to ensure content accuracy and program success

Project Coordination

  • Understands project objectives, development plan, and timelines
  • Knows his/her tasks in development plan and executes against them
  • Supports the team, stays one step ahead, and looks for opportunities to do more

We seek highly motivated individuals who can bring intellectual curiosity, determination, and creativity to our client work.

You must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Production, or Graphic Design (or related field) required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication + interpersonal skills
  • Creative and able to translate ideas into usable assets
  • Highly Proficient in MS Word/PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and PhotoShop + a curiosity for technology and learning new software (as needed)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS3
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus
  • Superior organization skills; exacting attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work on a high performance, fast-paced team in a constantly changing work environment
