We partner with pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotech companies to drive enhanced clinical dialogue with healthcare providers, resulting in improved patient outcomes when using their products.

We are critical thinkers who enjoy what we do. We value people who are entrepreneurial, low-maintenance, curious, and humble. And we’re looking for people who fit that profile to help take our business to the next level.

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Learning Content Coordinator to support our multifunctional account teams. This hybrid role bridges Learning Management System (LMS) administration, project coordination, and medical copyediting.

  • Manage user enrollment, permissions, tracking, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to content delivery, user access, and system functionality.

2. Editing & Proofreading

  • Review, copyedit, and proofread multimedia educational assets (eLearning, scripts, slides, website copy, sales tools) for grammar, consistency, and design alignment.
  • Fact-check scientific and medical data against primary academic sources and clinical publications.
  • Ensure strict adherence to style guides, regulatory standards, and medical/pharmaceutical terminology.

3. Project Coordination & Account Support

  • Coordinate the end-to-end development of pharmaceutical training programs alongside account leads.
  • Support client review, submission processes, and triage reviewer comments across internal design, content, and production teams.
  • Maintain clear communication across internal stakeholders and client-based peers regarding project timelines and status updates.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

We seek highly motivated self-starters with a strong track record of professional achievement who can bring intellectual curiosity and creativity to our client work.
