Pharmaceutical Training + Communications

We are searching for an entry level copyeditor/proofreader with a sharp eye, who is interested in joining an industry-leading pharmaceutical training and communications agency, full-time or contract.

Are you a natural at finding errors? Are you very, very, very detail-oriented? Do you have a science or medical background? Are you comfortable with statistics and data? ABOUT YOU

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Come join us as a Junior Medical Editor and work within a multifunctional account team to review and edit multimedia projects developed from statistical data, medical information, clinical studies, and market research, for example:

  • Medical and Pharmaceutical Product eLearning Modules
  • Training Workshops + Materials
  • Medical Presentations
  • Video and Podcast Scripts
  • Clinical Study Backgrounders
  • Website Copy
  • Brand Promotional Materials + Sales Tools

  • Education + Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree required (life sciences preferred)
  • Experience in a medical, laboratory, or healthcare setting
  • Skills + Knowledge
  • Exacting attention to detail and factual accuracy
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Superior organizational and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of medical/scientific terminology, statistics, data analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Google Suite, Web research
  • Abilities + Curiosities
  • Able to review and fact-check medical and/or scientific data
  • Able to see and correct inconsistent document format, and design themes
  • Detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate, in a digital-only, multiscreen environment
  • Great time management skills and readily follow directions
